For Customers awaiting the repairs to be finished on site, we created conditions allowing them to relax or take care of professional duties. Our mechanical service office is equipped with laptops and internet access. In our customer service offices, you can spend time watching TV or browsing the daily newspaper. Since Customer comfort is our priority, we also provide refreshments and drinks.
If the situation requires leaving the car with us for a longer period of time, our advisors will order a taxi for provide a replacement car.

Since high quality service is our top priority, following, and sometimes thinking ahead of, our Customers’ expectations, we also offer non-standard services. One of them is the option to receive the repaired and painted vehicle from a special issue station. We designed the station to provide our Customers with optimal conditions for a peaceful and fair assessment of the final result. Proper lighting and presence of the service provider, i.e. Advisor or Service Manager, facilitates accurate visual inspection prior to receipt of the car or any further consultation.
